Following the  iOS 6.1 public release Apple has now seeded iOS 6.1.1 beta 1 which carries a build of 10B311. This update contains fixes/updates  for Maps in Japan among other changes.

Over a month later and Apple has now seeded iOS 6.1 beta 5. It  carries a build of 10B143 and may be the GM.
